Rav Hirsch now says something remarkable.
The letter ה that is added to the words נקדמה, נריעה, נרננה is technically called the paragogic ה. It is added for emphasis, as these words constitute the summons calling us to Hashem.
There is nothing better suited to call the attention of the non-Jewish world in which Yisrael lives and must suffer, to the One and only G-d and the bliss inherent in a loyal life of duty dedicated to Him, than the observation that men who lack all those things ordinarily deemed sources of support and joy in life still find in the G-d given moral and spiritual treasures sufficient joyous compensation for whatever has been denied them.
In other words Rav Hirsch is saying that when we live as we should do, as proud committed Jews we give a strong message to the world. Through our actions and choices we demonstrate that we are proud to live by a different value system. One that prioritises non tangible, spiritual values over and above physical comfort and needs.
When we put our values ahead of our personal comfort we make a huge statements that is a true kiddush Hashem.
