ב) הוֹדִיעַ ה’ יְשׁוּעָתוֹ לְעֵינֵי הַגּוֹיִם גִּלָּה צִדְקָתוֹ:

Hashem made known His salvation; to the eyes of the nations He has revealed His righteousness.

Rav Hirsch explains that the psalmist is speaking in anticipation of Israel’s salvation. This pasuk is saying  that Hashem has brought about our resurrection to true and genuine life in a manner that every man on earth has seen in it the proof of His salvation.

Since we constitute a group in the midst of the nations, upon whose fate they have been focussing for centuries, we are very much in the spotlight. As such Hashem has demonstrated His lovingkindness to the nations of the world through his hashgacha of the Jewish nation.
